I bought a laptop from them on Amazon and it has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had from Amazon. They sent me a laptop that was supposed to be "certified refurbished" but it didn't work from the moment I got it. I tried to work with them to get it straightened out and I thought we had it settled and then they reneged on their promise after I agreed to remove my negative feedback on Amazon if they provided me a replacement. They received the broken one back and they were well aware of how urgent it was that I needed the replacement and told me the replacement would be shipped within 24-48 hours at most. Well, after 8 days they still had not shipped the replacement and just gave me the run around and I finally get an email that they aren't replacing it they will just refund my money. They could have done that 8 days ago! Well, after which I left a negative review on another review site and the owner finally contacts me and assures me that she is going to make this right by overnighting me a replacement so I would have it before the weekend just to, I believe, vindictively, have me wait at home all day for the replacement that never came. I then receive an email Monday that she too never sent the replacement and they where just refunding my money! The customer service was completely unhelpful and the fact that a refurbished computer is sent out in disrepair says a lot about their company to begin with but then just to string me along over and over again, there is no excuse. If you happen to be lucky enough to buy from them and your product works good you, you are a lucky one. If you ever have any issues though be prepared for a ton of frustration!! Stick with ordering from a more honorable company! Please! You will be sorry. Look at their Amazon reviews versus review sites. The reasons they have so much better reviews on Amazon is because they pay people to take down negative reviews. They offered me $150 back my computer to remove my negative feedback.

"this company charges illegal sales tax rates (updated)"
This company charges 8.875% NY City sales tax rates on shipments to NY counties outside NYC. (Who knows if Focus Camera even reports the sales tax due to the proper county.) I had to cancel my order after customer service said that was their "policy." Someone ought to contact the NYS Dept of taxation and Finance. This could cost you several hundred dollars on an expensive purchase. Update on June 6, 2018: Focus Camera has flagged my review as "incomplete" and asked to have it taken offline because I did not "comment on my customer service" experience. So my experience with their customer service was "difficult." They were not able to correct the the amount chargeable for sales tax and it was not easy to get them to cancel the order. I would not do business with them again.

So far haven't even received camcorder. Paid almost 40 dollars for expedited shipping. Suppose to arrive on 2/15. I am leaving for a trip and needed it urgently on time. It is now 2/16 and just got an update it has been delayed. PLEASED? NOT SO MUCH!!! Will probably leave another feedback after it arrives if that ever happens!
Received my camcorder 1 day late. Mails fault not Focus camera. Changed my review from 1 star to 4 because after I posted the review they called me within 5 minutes and refunded my 40 dollar expedited shipping charge even though it wasn't there fault! Camcorder bundle came correctly, everything present!

Customer service hung up on me several times, told me they never use USPS when ordering, then i get notified the item shipped USPS to an address USPS does not deliver mail to, but FedEx and UPS do deliver packages. Very unsatisfied.

Bought a camera bundle from them and received what I ordered, as promised. One item was missing, so I reached out and they promptly sent out the missing item (memory card). Not sure why all the horror stories. I found it to be a good deal on my Sony a6300 and would buy from them again.

I ordered an item on their website and received a different version - when I called "customer service" I was told they are not responsible for assumptions made based on website representations - INCLUDING PHOTOS!! The first customer service person hung up on me, the second told me that not only do I have to pay to ship it back, but I have to pay a 15% re-stocking fee because I OPENED THE PACKAGE! I had to to see the instructions (note - they are a "paperless company" so you get no invoice or packing slip) to try and figure out why it was different from what I ordered . This is a sleazy operation and I will never do business with them again and would strongly urge others to do the same.

I received my Camera bundle but it was missing the Camera. The box that it came in had a damaged corner but I was advised by the local post office to accept it as many boxes get damaged in shipping especially large ones. When I opened the box latter that day I was in disbelief as the Camera was not in the box. The company was so rude that when I tried to call them they kept hanging up. I advised of the situation and they would not even hear it. They hung up right after saying we are not liable. Now I am trying to locate the information for the company so I can file suite against them. Do not buy from this company and dont by Camera bundles from Wal-Mart as they come from this company online. I am now out of alot of money with no product to show for it.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! They will bait you with a low price than switch the merchandize with refurbished or broken product. The refuse to accept return! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!
