AnswerNet was a great choice for us. They fit our needs. Training and implementing the system was very easy and they had us up and running in no time. They were able to adjust the monthly minutes to fit our needs, which was very important to us and all calls are answered in the USA. Our product is made in the USA so this was also important to us. We have been with AnswerNet for a little over a year. We have been very satisfied with the agents supporting our services. When they weren't - it was pointed out and team leads did get back to us and rectified the issues. Answer.net it is very simple to me. When I wrote the 1st review it was based on my disappointment in regards to not getting any appointments after the 120 hours of calling. You clearly apologized and said" we will reach out to you". No one ever did. I thought some sort of financial refund would of been appropriate based on not getting us 1 appointment. It's fine. My intention certainly was not to harass you, just to receive some compensation back. I won't put anymore reviews up, I realize now you won't do the right thing anyway. I understand a contract is a contract.
