"HORRIBLE Company!!!!!! DON'T do business with them"

My bar got broken into. All the equipment was stolen. TouchBistro told me I had to buy all new equipment. I never got the system up and running. I tried to cancel, and I was told someone would call me in a couple days. I never got a phone call back. They continued to charge me every month. I called every month to follow up and I got the same response. I disputed 3 months of charges on my credit card and they keep charging me. The credit card company told me to keep disputing it.

"Scam warning"

They charged me twice for an order that wasn't sent to the restaurant. I've contacted them 20+ times and they've refused to contact the restaurant. Their customer support is absolutely useless and the phone number they provided doesn't work.

"The latest update put reports on cloud…"

The latest update put reports on cloud and I can no longer print reports from the POS. I must email reports and print them from my computer printer at home now. Dates chosen do not print on the report so I don't know what the numbers represent. You can't choose times to print so I am not sure I am getting the correct numbers. It takes me a lot longer now to do my job. It is extremely slow and has made things more difficult for my bartenders. They don't like it now. I am looking for a new POS after having it for six years.

"I've been through a few POS systems in…"

I've been through a few POS systems in my time and TouchBistro has by far been our favourite. It's not only user friendly but it's no longer stressful to have to make updates to our system. Having our system on an ipad has truly been a game changer and we've had the least amount of POS issues we've had in years.

"The absolute worst company"

The absolute worst company. I sent a request 44 days ago to cancel my account. I have called every week and sent multiple emails. NO ONE has contacted me and no one can help me. The customer service is the worst in the industry. Go with toast, they’re cheaper, charge less for credit card uses and you can actually get someone to speak to you. 44 days! I can’t believe this is acceptable for their company.

"If I could give Touchbistro a starless…"

If I could give Touchbistro a starless rating I would….by far the worst Pos system I have ever used…. From the moment we began using it was a disaster…. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this system at all costs…. Customer service is non existent…. Menu never synced…. The list goes on and on…. Stay away !

"Good to bad, quickly."

What looked like a good transition from one POS to another started out great. Onboarding, training, and the time spent with me getting to know the software. Initially the system was fine. However, once I noticed that some of their initial programming was incorrect, it was downhill from there. What should have been an easy programming fix completely messed up the layout, missing icons, missing menu items and categories. It was a nightmare for the servers to work around and for our customers to wait for a simple bill. Customer service wasn't there when I needed them most. The reply was "a bug in the backend affecting a handful of customers". It started shortly after starting up with the system and due to the customer service not received and the issue not being resolved over a couple months, I chose to cancel and go back to the previous POS. I did sign a contract and have no issues with that fact. I reached out to possibly split the cost of the cancellation fee, I still have the hardware and would pay for the incentives to bring me onboard. No luck or maybe not talking to the right person. There are many positive reviews for this POS, but my experience was not even close aside from the initial start up. Hopefully you get to write a positive review if you try their product and my experience is rare.
