Overall I'm happy with Touch Bistro. It works well with my POS and my staff are able to navigate it easily. I'd like to be able to create more specific reports ie sales from 10am - 12pm over the past month

"An exceptional POS system for large or small restaurants"
I have been using a variety of POS systems for more than 25 years. Finally, a system that works the way it is supposed to without needing to be a computer engineer to program it. We switched to Touch Bistro several months ago and I am so glad we did. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Easy reporting. And it doesn't cost that much to get started with it. I highly recommend this system!

"Seems like great system, with little lack on service"
We have a great experience with Touch Bistro so far - even when we're not up and running yet... But the biggest issue I see is that phone calls are never answered from their sells rep staff! Reason why I am saying that is because the time when we were in a training process I tried to reach out several times their staff but unfortunately nobody was available.
I believe that this will be fixed in the near future and I cant wait for being their customer wit 100% satisfaction!

Tried 5 different POS systems over past 15 years...this is by far the BEST available. Easy to learn with great reporting cloud based.

Logging in from your phone or computer and checking up to date reports is also very helpful. It is also cost-effective.

Touchbistro certainly has it figured out. They've created a pos that is perfect for smaller restaurants (100 seats or less, maybe 150 seats). With a few improvements and different software integrations or upgrades to add needed features, they will certainly be an industry leader and major competitor. More so than they already are. This system is great to allow you to not have to put up a bunch of cash for equipment and technology to get your business going or integrate a new pos to replace an outdated one. Their customer service phone lines tend to be busier than they should be, but they always respond directly to you within 24 hours and have solutions that don't keep you guessing. Overall, once they integrate an update of technology to have a cash management system I will be completely happy with the choice I've made in selecting touchbistro

"TouchBistro stepped up when I needed them"
I recently purchased my business, which came with a POS system. Once getting possession (2 days prior to our opening), the POS company called and told me it would cost this much for licencing, this much to upgrade, this much for reprogramming, etc, etc. Sensing my desperation, they were ready to take me for all I was worth.
I called TouchBistro. They asked when I needed to open, I told them 2 days. They express shipped all the hardware, sent links to training videos and I went and bought an iPad. I built the entire menu in 1 night and showed my staff how to use the system the next day. The hardware arrived on opening day and we were good to go.
TouchBistro never once told me we should push our opening, never pressured me and never tried to take advantage of my tough situation. Being on the West coast, they even worked with me to do my live install and training (which then gives you access to the live support) outside of their regular business hours so I wouldn't have to close the shop.
It has been a pleasure to work with the system and people at TouchBistro and would recommend it to anyone looking for a POS in the service industry.

"Switching to TouchBistro was our best decision!"
When we opened a restaurant last year TouchBistro seemed a bit expensive for us so we started with ShopKeep, which was fine. We like ShopKeep as it's inexpensive and universal solution for any business, but we outgrown it very fast. We love how TouchBistro allows to manage the restaurant just from an iPad, servers love it because they can serve guests faster and they make less mistakes now, and kitchen staff adore TB Kitchen Display as it's easier and no more lost paper chits! Other our favourite features - scheduled menus (servers only can see the breakfast menus during breakfast time for example), splitting items/bills in any possible way, moving seats/items around, better integration with payment processor etc. I would recommend to go with TB for those who just start - get the POS that designed for restaurants from the beginning, it'll make all things easier.
