The plants I ordered arrived today, and I was absolutely thrilled to see such healthy and full specimens. These are the prettiest I have ever received by online order, and no more expensive than others that were just roots. I do love the plants that Bloombox Club provides. However, their website leaves a bit to be desired. It's often very difficult to find the Login option. The UX could definitely be improved. Also, there is no way to skip a month's delivery in the subscription service and I definitely think this is a necessary feature that needs to be developed.

I have a subscription and have bought plants separately and they are always excellent quality. The plants are well packaged and the pots are lovely.

The customer service is also excellent and helpful. I was only planning a short subscription but I can see myself with them for a while!

The packaging for the plants is the best i have ever seen which is a really nice touch, shows how much you care about your customers
