Our Villa was beautifully landscaped, had breathtaking views and is very remote. We loved the layout of the house and the multiple kitchen/dining areas especially the outside dining area.
Two of the bedrooms have a "whirpool tub" with a hand held shower that cannot be used while standing.
The garden access bedroom does not have internet wifi.
We can't say enough about our private chef that cooked for us 2 nights during our stay. She was fabulous!!!
The barbecue could not be used because there was no firewood available.
"Onefinestay" did not give us the proper information concerning how to open the gate. We found out how to use it properly, the day before we left, from the gardener. They also did not label any of the keys which took some time to figure out how to access everything.
"Onefinestay" also forgot to collect our security deposit. We asked them to pick it up and they requested that we drive into town to drop it off. We did not have a car to do so.
Cleaning did not take place during the week. We had a towel change and trash collection (which they forgot to take). They were scheduled to come on Wednesday which was changed understandably to Thursday due to weather. They did not arrive on Thursday when scheduled and then showed up as we were getting dressed to go out to dinner.
Check out time was 10am. A lady entered the house around 8:30 and started rearranging, organizing and moving things. Some of the items belonged to us but she didn't speak any English to explain.
Overall the villa was fabulous if you enjoy a private, beautiful, quiet stay.

Great place. Exactly as described. Very close to shopping, food and amenities. The checking process was quite easy. My only minor complaint is the key situation. They should be labeled. Otherwise, no complaints. Great flat!

"Fell at the first hurdle.…"
Regret to say I was disappointed quite early on. The website certainly looked great and offered plenty of information, including (or so it appears) an availability schedule.
I requested a property in London that was listed as available for my dates. A US sales advisor contacted me quickly, but only to say they didn't know whether the property was available but I could ask them to check - which is the point of completing the booking request surely? I confirmed I wanted to know if it was available.
The next contact was to advise that the property is not in fact available for my dates. Bearing in mind the sales agent is in LA and I am in the UK, this exchange was not a speedy process.
I was offered a selection of alternative properties. Before examining them I asked for confirmation they are actually available for my dates, and since then I have heard nothing further.
I assume the idea is to back and forth over each property I might be interested in, until we get a result? That is very inefficient for what appears to be a premium service price point, so I have found what I need from another provider.

"Dirty Property- updated "
Dirty Property; slow response
We booked what we thought would be a beautiful home in London for a week. It was anything but. It was dirty, cluttered, and a huge part of the property was blocked off-- the playroom we expected to have for our kids. We constantly had contractors in our rental disrupting our schedule and naptimes to alleviate the issues and did not receive any credit back. On top of that, their contractors took one of our sets of keys and then they had the audacity to charge a lost key fee. Never again.
UPDATE- one fine stay ended up not charging the key fee and offered a future stay credit. They were communicative and did what they could to make it right for us. Thanks!

Everything was so great. The house, the pool, the location, the view. The staff was outstanding. So kind, helpful and fun. Let’s not forget how hard they work to make our stay so wonderful. I love that my family was together in one place to have so much fun with great food and amenities close by. My family and I did nothing but have fun and relax. Everything was taken care of. It was perfect.

The team at Onefinestay was on top of everything, from the planning of restaurants,day trips,car services,charter fishing and sunset cruises. I was sent notices of upcoming events during the trip and they are available 24/7 for any questions or assistance.

House largely well depicted in the photos. Some of the “home truths” could have been more descriptive eg bells tolling from the nearby church. The house was also extremely hot although we were told there would be no air conditioning. House was perfectly located

We rented a beautiful apartment in a great location in Paris. The property was better decorated than 5-star hotels.
There were some unanticipated issues with the apartment, but OneFineStay responded quickly and professionally to make sure we were satisfied.
We will certainly rent with them again.
