It would be easy to say OneFineStay is like a nice version of AirBnB, but that would really understate the enormous difference between the two.

OneFineStay is like getting all of the benefits of a hotel in a beautiful house/condo, for a much much lower price.

The whole idea of One Fine Stay is exceptional and the booking process delivered. When we compared prices to Air BnB during the holiday season, we found that for the little bit more with OFS, we got SO MUCH more. It was worth it. As an organized person, I appreciated the details to booking -- how many beds should OFS prepare; what is your flight number; based on flight # an estimate of arrival to the home; already an offer to early drop-off bags. The only downsides of the process were: 1) the prices as advertised on the listings were not the same when actually submitting dates. They increased (holiday travel). We understood this but it was a bummer to click on something, thinking it was an amt and then find that it was more. 2) We had noticed a promo of $20 bucks off on the first booking but didn't activate it b/c we were so excited about the offerings. By the time we go to booking, we could not locate or find that pop-up again.

Your website is pretty but has technical issues. Some details were impossible to input during my booking.
The way you describe each property is very pleasant to read, however, the site lacks important details like the size of the property or its plan.

With an extra effort, Matt was able to secure our reservation with a reluctant owner. Ten persons can be daunting and we understand the slight hesitation. But he made it happen. It looks like a perfect home and perfect spot for my family. Matt found the needle in the haystack.

I've stayed in several places now using onefinestay. On each occasion, I've found them to be professional and efficient, and each property has been up to a good standard. I had payment issues with their website the last occasion I booked with them, but they called me (I was in NZ at the time) and the process was fixed quickly over the phone. So all of my experiences with them have been positive so far. I recommend them to my friends, and I rarely make recommendations to anyone.
