My NYC apartment is a lovely center of calm amidst the craziness of this city. I'm honored that the owner of the apartment is allowing me to stay in her home; it's very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Booking and check-in couldn't be easier. I called OneFIneStay from my Uber with my estimated arrival time and a team member was here to greet me.

While I've rented private dwellings from other agencies before, I much prefer OneFIneStay. Their team is always professional, courtesy and helpful.

I checked availability of many properties and they were shown and stated as available, but when requested I was told they were unavailable. Once I found an alternate property from onefinestay's suggested list, the process has been fine. The original properties I was interested in are still shown as available on another website.
