Yes, at 455pm on Friday, my client called to request me to hold apartment in London. I was concerned my original agent was not available, but agent came thru, and contacted my agent and held the space for my client until Monday to request payment. Decently accommodated, but I won't rent again. My husband repeatedly bumped his head on the slated ceiling beams. The steep staircase during the day was quite manageable, but at night in the dark until the door leading outside, very dangerous. This is our first experience with one fine stay.
