"responsive and easy to deal with"

We have used one fine stay often and will return. Booking is easy and the apartments are well located and often well maintained and as pictured. We had a bad experience with a kitchen that was not fully functional and they could not have been more responsive and helpful. I am happy to recommend them

The entrance to this property was extremely tired and neglected.
The property was pleasant, but also not well maintained. Windows desperately neglected. Hard to open a window for fresh air. Some worked and a lot didn't.
Second bathroom extremely noisy
Kitchen lacked basic items such as a chopping board! Onefinestay did send one round.
Light bulbs missing
Over priced for quality of property, I thought. Was a little disappointed. For the price I thought one should have had decent pillows and duvets. All low end.
