This apartment was no where near as nice as the pictures online. The walls, floor and some furniture were dirty and it overall had a dingy feel to it that made us uncomfortable. Very disappointed in the customer service when we asked to cancel the stay. Don't recommend it

After I pay they told me that the check in is at 7pm, knowing that I was flying for more than 40 hours to arrive at London. And they dont do nothing about the inconvinience.

The interaction with onefinestay's representatives in London and LA was excellent - they were very clear and responsive.
My only complaint relates to the way some properties were displayed on the homeaway portal - when I enquired about one property the true price turned out to be twice the price which had been quoted online for my dates.

The major problem with apartments search around the world is lack of transparency: bad quality photos, limited number of photos, description not disclosing all the truth about the apartment. in general if you using for example TA to search for the apartment you will have to go through a bunch of low quality stuff first and hopefully eventually you'll find what you want.
OFS tackled all these problems by curating the apartments they advertise: first it seems like their representative actually goes and audits the apartment, then they decide whether the apartment is matching their high criteria and after that they post a complete, standard information about the location. They specifically disclose problem areas of the apartment in special section.
Absolutely awesome tool and smart business model. When I called with booking, service was great too.
