The service before the departure was great and there were no (bad) surprises when we checked in - everything was as promised.

Location was great, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The iPhone with the app with local suggestions was a nice touch.

Checkout was very simple. We had a great time!

I've used One Fine Stay four times now - twice in Paris, once in NYC, and now booked a stay in London. I keep coming back because I know that with One Fine Stay the apartment will be clean and exactly as pictured. I know that I have a team of people at the main office who will help me if I have problems at the apartment and will even book me a taxi. I've tried other places and I always have anxiety about the quality of the stay - not with One Fine Stay, though. I highly recommend One Fine Stay!

Terrific apartments, terrific people running them, who really care about one's experience.
Appalling wait times on the phone, often resulting in disconnection before even speaking to anyone, infuriating online payment system (from the US perspective at least) and many website glitches causing proliferation of reservation numbers etc.
