This is our 5th reservation on onefinestay and I just wanted letting you know that we are disappointed for the first time.
It was inconvenient for us to receive a mail that Leonard Street was available on 14th of February (please see e-mail dated 14th of Feb.: "I'm pleased to say Leonard Street is available over your dates and the details are below." ) before we make a reservation the next day and only to learn at 16th of February that the home was not available. (please see e-mail dated 16th of Feb.: "I'm afraid the homeowner of Leonard Street has just let me know that he is unable to accommodate a stay over your dates.")
This happened to us before with the exact same house and the agent that was helping us with this reservation offered AT LEAST a free upgrade to the house located at Offord Street. (This agent was from your USA branch so maybe this is USA's approach to make it up to the client; needless to say that's far better, courteous way to say "sorry")
It is not acceptable for onefinestay to list unavailable houses without confirmation, to say that's available in a mail and to say that's unavailable 2 days later in an another mail and not trying to make it up. This is just ruining the user experience and it is a huge waste of our time. (we ended up at a house without T.V. after 4 extra hours of search)
I wrote that complaint on 17th of February to info and advisors mail adresses and had no response at all, I thought that was rude.
I really hope that you'll consider this review.

Everyone I spoke with was eager to assist, courteous and knowledgeable. It helped me to make the booking I wanted quickly. I have booked with this company before and it has been, on both occasions, a good experience.

I love the idea of one fine stay and all of the properties seem amazing. Unfortunately we have had our booking cancelled twice on us and it was extremely disappointing both times.
They did a great job helping us find a new home but I am hesitant and still very nervous....
