"Change of booking not possible!!!!"
I notified that I wanted to change my booking (prior to the full confirmation from Onefinestay) 20 Minutes after I sent my mail the site fully confirmed my booking.
I hope it is just a program bug.

Staff was helpful and responsive, but quoted one price, then after apt was accepted, indicated a mistake was made and the price was actually $60 more per night. An option to cancel was offered, rather than acknowledging the mistake and offering to honor what was originally quoted - a reasonable (and generally accepted) customer service response.

Onefinestay is great. This is my second time using Onefinestay and both times the experience has been great. The apartment that I rented is beautiful and in a great location. Meeting the Onefinestay at the start and end of the trip was easy and helped you get settled in and out of the rental.
