Had a difficult time confirming our reservation. I had to call and then didn't get a timely response. It was supposed to be confirmed in 24 hours, but took over 48.

We stayed with onefinestay two years ago and had an excellent experience. The service was over the top and the accommodations were 5 stars. When we went to book again this year there was a problem with the payment going through. I got frustrated and shut down. When I woke up in the morning there was an email from onefinestay advising that they had notice a problem, and that they were holding the place for 24 hours to allow me to contact them. Amazing!!!! I called and I was set up in minutes.

Exceptional service, exceptional places. I have recommended them time and time again.

The homes or apartments are always of the highest standard. The choices are varied and the staff service excellent. I use Onefinestay all the time when travelling to London and would also use them iwhen travelling to Europe and the USA.
