"Once they have your home, you’ll be charged!"
I rented my home out to One Fine stay for their clients. I found, once they have your home, they are no longer interested in you or your home as your home becomes a money making tool for them with the clients they house. The clients become their priority and you are left simply as a supply tool to facilitate this for them.
They charge the client renting the home double what you are expected to receive, and then their priority is to slowly charge you and deduct from your weekly ‘income’ ridiculous charges, for example over £150 for someone to show the ‘client’ how to use the TV.
One fine stay did not have a professional customer service when they knew I was frustrated and being over charged, they refused to send me the pictures of my home which I paid for & requested them to do so, and left the home in a dire state when their clients left. I came back to an unclean home, beds unmade, bathrooms not clean etc. I was out of pocket over £3000.00.
Given how much work it is to move out of your own home and the costs involved I would NEVER do this again nor recommend anyone to consider it.

One Not So Fine Stay
I had to go to LA for a full medical workup and picked a place at Venice Beach, near LA, California. This company provided a dank little house The heat was never fixed, I have neuropathy in my feet, and it was made worse. It also deeply affected my relationship with my wife, who is now divorcing me.
The OneFineStay people were FULLY informed of why I was coming. I could never even get a voice on the telephone. There was a weak attempt made to fix the heat which never worked.
I paid over $11K for this dump for a month. I stayed about 2 weeks. My wife left even earlier. They have charged my credit card and refused to reimburse me in any way. I have been forced to put a hold on any further charges and AMEX has classified this as in "dispute". They are still holding the money and won't budge. These people are cold blooded.
This is the very FIRST time in lots of global traveling (I am a travel photographer.) that I have ever reached out to lawyers and made any kind of stink. I have stayed in the worst holes in India but I knew what I was getting into. So please consider that I really mean what I say here. Thanks so much for reading and pass it on if you have had a similar experience. Apparently, they are already called "One Not So Fine Stay". - Michael

"Pro-active booking Reps"
The website is very easy to use, but I was having IT problems completing the reservation forms. The online chat forum was helpful but couldn't resolve my problem, so they suggested that I call their help-desk. It was getting late here (South Africa) so I asked if they are open on Saturdays, which they are, but a few minutes later someone else tried to help (via email) and when I was still struggling with the IT, someone else called me from LA to complete the booking.

"From Great to Terrible in 4 years"
We stayed in the same lovely apt in New York twice in 4 years & the experiences coudn’t have been further apart. Our 1st stay was wonderful - our 2nd terrible. Here’s an example of some of the problems we experienced for the apt we paid US $1800 per night for: Heating not turned on until our arrival (after a 21hour flight) so we were freezing for the 1st night & day until it heated up; Lights didn’t work in dining room because all the light bulbs needed replacing (staff told us twice to “check the power board”); No milk, coffee pods or supplies. Almost every coffee mug chipped; Heating broke down when it was -12 Celsius (10.5 Fahrenheit). It took 3 calls & a day to get 2 small heaters delivered. Worst of all, the bed in the 2nd bedroom was broken (confirmed by onefinestay’s maintenance person). The mattress sagged horribly and the base broken. Onefinestay’s staff member’s solution was to buy a “mattress support” from Amazon and charge it to our account. A blow up mattress was subsequently supplied which was uncomfortable and needed to be re-inflated during the night. The fire escape door was taped closed with a onefinestay sticker which we were informed was illegal. After recommending Onefinestay to so many people previously, we will neither recommend nor use them again.

Everything was wonderful - not only the properties which were truly perfect but also all the services provided by the company
The welcome at the flats, the fridge filled with basic needs ( after a long flight- much needed!), the unobtrusive checking to see if everything was to our satisfaction. I can not recommend them higher

"Onefinestay the ONLY way to stay !!!!"
As far as we are concerned there is absolutely no other way to stay than "onefinestay". We have used onefinestay several times in London and Los Angeles and the service they offer is exceptional. The properties are outstanding on ever level and we have never wanted for anything that wasn't already provided and there for us. The iphone supplied with the properties is also a great tool in overall holiday experience and helps in the exploring of the local area with all the info preloaded on it (restaurants etc).We can't recommend Onefinestay highly enough, they provide an outstanding service !!!
