"OneFineStay is One Massive Fraud"

The response that this fraudulent company posted to my review is it's own confirmation of their appalling practices. They are NOT in fact "in touch with me". That is a bald-faced lie. They ignored any attempt to make the situation right.

If you have any interest in high-end luxury travel, DO NOT PATRONIZE ONE FINE STAY. You will find yourself wasting several fine evenings writing bad reviews to help other s avoid ONE FINE TRAVEL DISASTER.

"You May be Disappointed"

We have rented from One Fine Stay on four occasions. Their properties are excellent. The first two stays were very good. However, our last stay (December 2016), we received an email three days before we were due to arrive telling us that the previous tenants had trashed the place (in Pimlico London) and it was no longer available. Peata (their representative) offered us a couple of mediocre options, but I went on their site, found an alternative in Chelsea Green, pricier, but good, and we stayed there.

We were scheduled to stay with them in Paris December 22nd to 27th (Ave du Bastille), a week ago we received an email from Annabel saying that there was construction outside (just informing us). Three days ago Annable let us know that there would be construction INSIDE the building. Yesterday, Annabel informed us that there would be water cut offs. Sound like a slow drip 'you cannot stay here'??? We are now negotiating over an alternative location. They are being very cheap..... Offered us lower quality places at much the same price.

Not a good feeling. This was supposed to be fun!

Very responsive staff. Informed and helpful. This is our second rental and will use again.

Even though I booked on short notice the staff responded well. The flat was in perfect order and the greeter was there on time. Have and will continue to use this service as I am routinely in London for business.

After 5 years, I say goodbye to offering my house(s) on Onefinestay. You became a horrible company to deal with. I don't know what you are offering, but it's very hard to conceptually understand what you think you provide above airbnb. As a home owner, you constantly destroyed my house, damaged everything, did drama with my super and neighbors and let multiple things go missing. Working with Bradshaw in NY has been one of the lowest moments of my interactions with you.

2) apartment- small but well designed with quality appointments - a good space for a couple visiting London for several nights
3) clean and very comfortable bed (queen size)
4) one fine stay service and communication very good
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Duke of York Street, thank you.
PS hairdryer was useless needs replacement

"Apartment Problem Dealt With Efficiently"

As usual, the reservation process was well-handled. We had a problem with the toilet which was flushing permanently. Although it could not be fixed quickly, the customer care team intervened promptly and compensated sensibly and fairly, despite the fact that I was travelling and difficult to get hold of.
