"Ugh -- are you people kidding?"

One Fine Stay talks a good game, but the service is substandard. We rented the place for nine days for three adults and one kid and they left us with a few rolls of toilet paper and two tiny bars of soap. That works for a few days, but not nine. THEN we went to shower in the morning and the hot water wasn't working. When I called to ask for help, the team was super kind and helpful (Piper and David). I learned that we should have been offered a housekeeping refresh given the length of our stay (which we were not, even though we asked about it). The maintenance worker (Antonio) was dispatched quickly and he's great. When I called in, I asked about a partial refund given that we had no hot water, had to cancel our only chance to see a few local friends, and wasted hours waiting on OFS trying to get to baseline standards. I was told I'd have to wait until the end of my stay to see about that. I offered that I needed to speak to a manager on the next work day to get it resolved, and we'll see if that happens. I'm shocked by the shoddy amenities and no hot water. The place, by the way, is quite nice.

"Many of the locations we were …"

Many of the locations we were interested in were not available, yet were still on website. It was somewhat confusing and time consuming. Kat who I finally spoke with, which I like much better, was wonderful and very helpful. She knew a lot about the different neighborhoods in Brooklyn. We're all set for our stay in May.

"A professional and honest website with responsive staff."

After having several bad experiences trying to book an apartment in NYC through other websites, I found the professionalism and honesty of One Fine Stay refreshing. I love their "home truths" where they tell you about any possible issues with a property. I would highly recommend them.

"Customer Service was Outstanding"

In attempting to book our stay at a property in London, I inadvertently exited out of the booking module. The OneFineStay customer service rep provided the best customer service that I have ever experienced as she walked me through - on a Saturday night - the booking of the property. If our stay is anything like the booking/interaction with the customer service rep, we will have a great time!

"The second time we have rented through Onefinestay --terrific"

They have unraveled a complex situation which arose when, to the surprise of all, it was discovered that major construction would be ongoing during our intended stay. They assisted wonderfully, in relocating us to another fine home. They have been extremely helpful in every way. I recommend them to anyone wanting to rent a vacation home in London.
