I was having trouble booking my reservation on the website, so I called the the reservations agent and she booked it for me. She was nice, helpful, answered my questions and made the booking very quickly.

Brilliantly located between Brick Lane, Spitalsfield and Shoreditch you'll feel right at home in this apartment. Quiet back street less than a minute from the action. I've already booked it for my next stay.

George who helped us with the booking was really very kind to provide us with valuable information in a short time, contacting the landlord for confirmation and also helping us with the final booking. Great support from him, we appreciate it very much.

It took us a few attempts to get the right place, only because the owners did not want to rent it out, no fault of O/S. During all of this, George from the London office was ever efficient corresponding with me half way around the world and listening to my needs. This is the second time, after New York, that I am using O/S and can highly recommend them.
