"A little bumpy"

I guess I didn't understand the process, but I spent a lot of time finding the right place, booked it, and then got a confirmation email. Then a day later I was told it wasn't available and I had to start over.

I also had to fill out information about my stay three separate times before OFS felt satisfied.

Spaces are beautiful, and I like the UI very much, but the process seems a little bumpier than its competitors.
