"Absolutely terrible to put together"

Absolutely terrible to put together, screws missing, had to get someone in for the roof. Doors dont align and are way out. Utter waste of a lot of money and so so disappointing as it's money we can't afford to waste.

Assembled/erecting a Manor Pent 6x4 shed.
Assembly instructions were good except that we had a real problem when it came to putting the roof on. I believe that a redesign is required to make it easier to put the roof on.personally I think that an open channel would be better which would eliminate the need for the spatula. A bit of a nightmare to say the least.

"Customer services Keter …"

I recently contacted Keter customer service as one of the walls of the garden storage unit I had purchased 6 moths previously had become warped. This in turn resulted in the doors and roof not fitting and subsequently water seeped in during a storm. They were very good and sent me replacement parts expediently. There is a 15 year guarantee with this product and they certainly recognised this. I cannot thank them enough for the assistance received.
