"Unprofessional Doctor that lives"
I was not happy with my first experience; first doctor !! I just joined drsays through a google ad . Shamima Sattar from Briar park , Houston Texas seemed to be a very unprofessional, unpleasant person ever. Like , she didn’t listen to everything I had to say !! She was very rude. I’m not even sure , if she was a certified professional real doctor or not because she sounded NOTHING like it !! A doctor is supposed to be nurturing and caring , who takes care of a patients health, and explains them kindly on about what to do !! Obviously, she did none of that but put fear into my heart into ever explaining my health problems to her , because I knew she’d cut me off without my finishing speaking first . I never wanted to be paired with any Indian , but this website didn’t give me any choice . I would have been happier if I had a Caucasian or Asian doctor or amy American but certainly no Indian .. especially like her !! No one can get cured by her !! No one !! I’m canceling my subscription due to this bad experience on drsays !! Shamima Sattar is the most unprofessional so called “ Doctor “ I have ever come across, and hopefully wish to never meet her in my entire life !!

"Horrible customer service"
I saw Dr. Senthilkumar on 1/23/23 for an infected ingrown toenail. I was provided with 5 days' worth of antibiotic (which I thought strange, because I have never had this antibiotic prescribed with anything less than a 10 day supply). On day 4 there had been no change in the infection, so I reached out to customer support and received the worst customer service ever. They offered to make a new appointment at full price, to which I replied "I feel I shouldn't have to pay twice for the same problem." I was then I offered to make a new appointment, pay $39, and be refunded $35 after the appointment. I agreed to this. Not even 10 minutes later, this offer was rescinded. I asked for a contact number and the agent's name, which they refused to provide. After finding a phone number and getting a call back from customer support, they said they were only willing to provide a partial refund for a doctor's note, which was not requested in my initial query or thereafter. They then blamed the Dr for not wanting to see me if I was being offered a discount, saying it is at the doctor's discretion. Dr Senthilkumar was negligent in not providing me enough medicine to allow the infection time to heal, and the customer support team made offers they refused to make good on. If you use this service, please make sure you don't blindly trust them, and that you are getting correct amounts of medicine needed. I would recommend trying a different service provider, as I am now.

Their doctors will NOT supply any documentation regarding your visit beyond the return to work note. My employer only wanted to know if I was prescribed any medication, and if a follow up visit was recommended. Dr says doctor refused, they dont do paperwork. I almost lost my job over this. If you need ANY kind of paperwork or documentation, outside of someone to prescribe you medication, go elsewhere

Dr major was nice and friendly but said she sent prescriptions over to my pharmacy and when I got to the pharmacy there were no prescriptions. I made a support request and received a text message saying they could not make contact with my pharmacy about my prescription. Many reviews say they had no issue with getting their prescription but I am not able to get mine. Almost as if there was never a prescription sent over to my pharmacy. My profile on Drsays shows the prescription being complete but my pharmacy has no record

I have used Dr Says twice now and have had such an amazing and personable experience. I recommend it 100%. to the negative review about the antibiotic and hives, we all know that we are not being seen in person so it makes it that much difficult to diagnose. Let's cut these doctors slack, they are helping us at all hours of the night via phone not in person! This service is not a scam, I have medical insurance and opt to pay for this service since I love it so much and they are so quick to cal.
