"Deanna Fossin FNP was a joy to deal…"

Deanna Fossin FNP was a joy to deal with and very knowledgeable and kind.
I would highly recommend Deanna Fossin to anyone needing to get medical care online.
She cares about the outcome of her patients and that to me speaks volumes about her integrity and loyalty to the patients that she sees.
I urge you to talk with her and see for yourself what a kind, caring, and the knowledgeable doctor she is!

"Dr Perez Montes"

Dr. Perez Montes advised me to look for another provider for taking took too long to get a blood test. He got angry and was not clinical or professional at all. It was the worst doctor experience I have ever had. He actually yelled at me. All I needed was a prozac refill. Absolutely abominable. He only made my anxiety problem worse.

"Doctor was nice but no prescription…"

Doctor was nice but no prescription given was sent to do a urine test and still no prescription. When I go see my doctor and the doctors office same symptoms even if the test comes back negative he still gives me a prescription to treat it and it works ...this process didn't work for me with the doctors are restricted on prescription. It was a waste of my time and money. Will not do it again. This is the second time I paid to do Teladoc and they couldn't do anything for me both times it was a different issue.

"I hate giving a negative review but…"

I hate giving a negative review but I've used this service 3 times under the impression I was going to be charged 29 the first and second time and 25 for dental the third time. The doctors were great EVERY SINGLE TIME but the false advertising on the fees is unacceptable.  I know it's not much but isn't it the point?
The first time I was charged 29 for a simple visit.  The next two visits were exactly the same but was charged 35 the second time.  And this time I found their ad that said my visit would be just 25.  I CLICKED ON THAT ONE and they charged me 35 again.  All 3 we're quick easy visits.  I was right there with all my info to be ready for the doctor but yet it goes up.  When you don't have much you watch every penny.  You don't know for sure until it's all over and your billed later. The first time they automatically took out 39 but came back and lowered it to a simple visit, which I figured they would do again. But my email stated differently.

Then they tell me the last 2 times that my prescription was sent and should be ready in a few hours.  I wait until the next day to make sure and have to pay someone to go up and get it and it was never received by the pharmacy the pharmacist said.  This happened the last 2 times.  Yes it's my fault for not double checking before I paid someone to go after it but when I'm asking them how this happens 2 times in a row to the same patient and it was 2 weeks apart they are passing the blame all on the pharmacy.  Unlike how another doctor handled it one time when this happened.  This other doctor was apologetic and acted almost embarrassed and was trying to quickly meet my needs.   Not pass the blame on to the pharmacy in a cold uncaring way.  No matter what I said they just kept coming up with all these excuses about the pharmacy instead of possibly taking responsibility and acting like they cared.  I have emails to prove this.  It's my fault for not calling to check yes!  I was in so much pain with this tooth I just never dreamed it could happen again so I didn't call.  MY FAULT! It was just antibiotics but I needed to get them started.  So I had to wait another day to find someone to go get them because I'm not able to drive anymore and paid $40.00  on top of being cheated of what it said I would pay.

Be careful folks.  I know mistakes are made but when a business won't try to correct a mistake we need to be very careful.

"Dr. Sattar - with DrSays"

Dr. Sattar was amazingly helpful - listened to me. Needed meds for a UTI and did not prescribe me something I cannot take. As I have heard from others in past, with other telemedicine visits from different companies. Thank you for quick and reliable treatment DrSays!

"I am super pleased with DrSays"

I am super pleased with DrSays. The cost is extremely reasonable. Dr Iqbal is very understanding, knowledgeable and generous. He allowed me 2 refills, which saves me money. I used to use Plushcare, not anymore.
