All OK but there were a few small white bits showing on the brown side. Touch up pen provided to correct this.

"New bathroom window installed in…"
New bathroom window installed in January 2024. Window glass was broken during installation. Weeks passed before I was happy with the finished product as the stick on bars were not straight following having the broken glass unit replaced.
Fast forward to January 2025, hinge has failed on the window. Only able to open about an inch as if it's opened any wider the window might not be able to close fully. This issue was reported 16/01. First engineer appointment on 14/02 to replace hinge cancelled due to engineer sickness. Appointment moved to 20/02 with the second appointment cancelled due to overrunning work schedule. Third appointment booked for 14/03.
Very unreliable company to deal with. Questionable build quality in relation to window hardware. I will not be using Coral to replace the rest of my windows, nor would I recommend to friends and family.

"SUPERB RECOVERY (but had to be a bit robust!)"
Had arranged for quotes from 3 windows suppliers for 7 windows and a door. My chosen supplier let me down and after seeing Coral's "50% off in January sale" advert, got them to come in and quote too.
The same-day quote beat the two remaining suppliers by a good amount so I agreed there and then and received a contract with the price on which I signed. Interestingly the 50% discount is a bit of a sales tactic. Coral did come out cheaper but their "normal" or non-discounted price was so expensive that they would never get any business if they ever charged that amount. It turns out that they ALWAYS have a "sale" on!
Once you accept the quote, they send a surveyor to do another measure up. I was a little perturbed to find that the surveyor then wanted to change the spec on the bathroom window for "structural" reasons and that this would cost more. I quite robustly told him I had a contract and I would only pay the quoted price plus this did appear a bit fishy. I also pointed out that the other quotes had said it was the Hall window that needed structural reinforcement (more on this later). After finishing his measurements, the surveyor said we did not need the Bathroom reinforcement because we "had tiling up to the edge". I have to say that this does appear to be rather odd business practice and does not come across as completely above board hence why I can't give 5 stars. Nevertheless they honoured the price and I agreed to continue.
The actual fitting day was booked. The fitter (Andy) turned up on time and advised it would be two days work. Good job I was free and not planning to be away the next day - they ought to have advised the duration when originally booked.
Andy was tremendous - on his own trying to remove 7 old windows and doors, alter the spaces, fit, trim and seal the new door and windows. He never stopped - almost superhuman in his efforts; pretty much running from job to job or getting tools and parts. All with good humour and patience (with my questions etc). He's a credit to Coral.
However I do think Coral ask him to do too much in two days especially given the quality of finish expected. I thought a team would turn up and was surprised to see only him. Even without any issues/snags I can't believe he can really be expected to do so much on his own in such a short time. Then he was let down by the hall window (which I had told the surveyor may need a lintel). He knew it would be a problem just by looking at it and telephoned for advice but I guess Coral told him to get on with it.
But he had not been provided with the right kit (lintel etc) nor was he a brickwork expert and he should not have been asked to do the task. Not his fault at all. And when the bricks started to sag and fall away I agreed that he should not continue, prop the bricks up, board the hole and allow a brickwork expert to fix it. I went and bought my own lintel. I also had to be robust again and refuse to allow Coral to fit the window (I guess they thought they could fix the brickwork around it!) until the wall was fully sorted.
Just to say that non of this was Andy's fault - he was superb all the way through and completed all the other work to a very high standard.
Coral recovered brilliantly, sending a brickie/window fitter early next morning who fitted the lintel, recovered the brickwork and fitted the window all by lunchtime.
Really can't fault the product or the workmanship (had a master builder visit who has confirmed this). The sales admin and surveyor process was a bit concerning else it would be five stars. As it is, I would use Coral again and already have a new porch project in mind for which I will require a quote from them.

"Great professional team."
The fitting team, Dave Heather and the young lad they had with them were second to none, very professional and friendly. Kept everything neat tidy and as dust free as possible. Lovely finish on my new windows and doors. Highly recommend.

"WelI done Coral Windows"
I don't really give reviews but i will this time. about four years ago I had our conservatory roof changed from plastic see through to a tiled roof with Coral Windows. there is no point in giving a review until it has been tested in all weathers, testing for workmanship, Leaks and weather resistantance. coral came out on tops in all areas. the professional way in which they worked was amazing. I would recommend this company. why didn,t i give five stars we had alot of snow and the brackets were not strong enough to hold the weight but coral sent a man out and replaced them. lets hope they last in the future.

"Used coral for a replacement warm…"
Used coral for a replacement warm conservatory roof and only just got sorted after months or arguing with them.
First the plastering was shocking. From the mid roof section inside to the outer corners looked like a snake instead of being straight. Then sent out the same workman to rectify the problem and was just as bad. In the end had to get our own plasterers to sort it. Also, they didn’t cover the sound bar from the tv and got covered in plaster and had to buy another because it was too bad to clean. They eventually offered part payment towards another.
We had 2 identical tinted panes of glass on the roof and started to notice straight away that one was fading and had loads of scratches. Couldn’t understand why when one was scratch free and the other a mess when the same window cleaner had cleaned both but on a few occasions blamed us for cleaning it with something abrasive. They even asked if we wanted a quote to replace the pane.
Only after months they sent someone out to look and they eventually agreed to replace because the glass had been put in the wrong way around and was exposed to the weather.
Am more than unhappy with this company who must spend a fortune on advertising themselves and maybe should put the money towards better training for the workforce !! AVOID
