I placed an order for a chair and payment was processed. I have not received a tracking number nor has anyone contacted me regarding the numerous emails that have been sent inquiring where the chair is.
I will be requesting submitting fraud to my bank if we are not contacted by the end of the day. Website does not load anymore. Have let message on phone found here 213-222-6167, no response.
We finally received tracking and confirmation of delivery. Thank you for following up.

The chair is a good quality product and fairly easy to assemble. The headrest gave me a little trouble to I was able to secure if after a few tries.

The company reached out to me after noting in my original review of conflicting information as to the maximum weight the chair could hold. It was a mistake on their website which has since been fixed and the maximum weight for the chair is 350 lbs.

"Headrest doesn’t fit a short person"

It’s a great chair-but the headrest doesn’t quite hit me in the curvature of my neck, as I had hoped. I even emailed and called to make sure I bought the correct fitting chair for a 5”2” person.

"I was skeptical of mesh back chairs"

I was skeptical of mesh back chairs, but OdinLake did it right. The mesh gives just the right amount of stretch and the back mechanism flexes with your movement. Feels like a regular cushioned desk chair and that is what I wanted. The seat pad feels great and seems to be good quality. I honestly thought I made a mistake after ordering but once I received them I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they were. I bought two of them with no regrets.

The quality of the chair is very good and super easy to build. But I am very disappointed with the height. I am too tall for the chair and my head cannot rest in the head support. I think since OdinLake designs ergonomic chair, they should fit all sizes of people, and it doesn't seem to difficult to have the chair support be adjustable to more levels than it is...

The customer service really came through. FedEx delivered my shipment to the wrong house. It shows delivered with a signature which is not mine. I contacted FedEx and they did not respond at all. I reached out to the customer service and they re-shipped my chair in a week. I got my chair later that week.
