I wasn't happy with the chair and emailed them. They sent me a lable to return it. They are sending me the replacement. They also mailed me a free blanket without telling me. That was a surprice.

Overall they do care about their customers.

still haven't received chair. It was ordered on 1/3/25 and never could get hold of anybody in customer service Received chair on 1/17/25 and it is great. Bad service was due to Fedex only. Was contacted by Odinlake customer service and they helped greatly with completing the delivery. Thanks to them.

"Good support, flawed product"

The product turned out to have a design or manufacturing defect, as did the replacement I was offered. I was offered a full refund, or a $100 discount on a different product that was nearly three times the original price ($269 vs $799). As I do not feel the other product is worth the price I declined and took a refund. support was prompt and resolved the issue within an acceptable amount of time. I just feel the resolution was less than optimal as I am left looking elsewhere for a similar product. If the product hadn't had the flaw, it would have been acceptable.

Edit: Seems another flaw is the chair cannot be disassembled once assembled. The gas cylinder cannot be removed from the seat or the base. So I cannot fit it back in the box for return. Waiting to see what support instructs.

Update: The issue with the chair's return was solved. The refund was processed. I said before, their support is great. Unfortunate about the chair and the problems with it, but it happens.

I absolutely love my new chair. It is extremely comfortable and easy to work. I love the recline feature and the leg rest is fantastic. It was easy to put together and looks great. I am very happy with my purchase.
