"LOVE THIS CHAIR"

LOVE THIS CHAIR. I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and also suffer from sciatica, and this chair was an instant relief to sink into. The foot rest is a game changer and the lumbar support is perfect. Most office chairs are decent for the average height man, so a chair that ACTUALLY adjusts to different bodies is wonderful!

The purchase experience was flawless and I think its a fair price. However I question is durability. Considering it has a 5 year warranty I think I made a good choice.

easy assembly and feels very sturdy and durable. only downside is the front end of mesh seat not very comfy. Support material putting pressure on the back of thighs.

Very responsive to a product issue and very happy with the resolution. Bummed my original chair couldn't be fixed and part weren't available, but they made it right.

"It's fine"

It's fine. The back and headrest adjustability it's particularly sturdy - neither lock in place well. One of the screws to connect the seat to the base doesn't go in all the way. Overall, chair is comfortable, not sure it's worth $300+ though...
