The armrest on my chair broke during the warranty period. However, my chair's model was discontinued, so they were unable to provide a new armrest. The service team worked with me to find a good solution, and I'm very happy with my experience!

Arm rests are very loose with no locking in place. I am disabled and need armrests to help me stand. The rests move freely and can slide back and forth and pivot left or right with very little force. This can be hazardous while trying to stand for seniors and disabled people.

getting use to it after about 3 weeks....other setting option okay but not too useful. Easy to assemble and well organized. no qualms with quality or durability...it is just different than the typical "office" chair....but I will keep it.

OdinLake really should offer the ability to exchange chairs that cause physical pain. But they do not allow exchanges and returns are invalid once you've used the chair, which you cannot know it causes physical pain until you use it. I'm so disappointed.
