OdinLake has great customer service. On 10/24 I wrote them an email about my broken chair (OdinLake Ergo ART 643). Within the next few hours, I got a response from them offering me a replacement chair without any hesitation, which was a different one though with about the same value as my original purchase was no longer in production. By 11/1 I got my chair delivered as well.

On a lighter note: I am sitting on that chair right now and writing this review :)
