Books are an okay price, but the books I received had more damage than I would have liked. They are children's books, but some required tape to hold them together.

OMG! I can't believe people have returned these books with slight marks or dents. I wouldn't mind at all=) The shipping was fast, the books are in neat condition, and the prices are unbelievable. The selection is not as wide as book retail companies like Indigo but there are a ton of new releases and award-winning books to choose from

I contacted customer service about only receiving 5 of 20 books but have not had a response. I was charged for 20 books, but only one box arrived (5 books). I expect a refund for the 15 books that I DID NOT receive.

I honestly can’t believe I didn’t know about book outlet prior. The book quality is amazing, shipping is super quick. In fairness, I’m not too far from the warehouse. But all in consideration, book outlet is now one of my favourite spots!
