"I placed two orders"

I placed two orders. One of the orders came right away but the second order was on back order. It would have been nice if someone had let me know it would be delayed. I am still waiting for the second order. It has been shipped but I can't get a delivery date yet. As these are gifts, it is a bit frustrating

Recently I ordered six Prepared Hero blankets to give out as Christmas gifts; however, soon after ordering, I realized I'd already given those to loved ones two years ago.

So, I contacted the company and they quickly cancelled my new order and completely refunded me. This speaks very highly of this company and I strongly recommend them and their product.
