"Solid, neat charger "

Had a Hypervolt home pro 3 fitted by hypervolts local installer. After completing the request on the website they put me in touch with their local installer who walked me through the process and fitted the unit a few weeks later. The charger looks great, feels solid, and has a great app

First Class company, fantastic product. On a rare occasion you may need to speak to Hypervault they always answer and solved your problem immediately. I will never buy anything other than a Hypervault.

I've been very happy with the functionality of EV charger from Hypervolt, however there was a lingering issue after installation with the power readings in the app looking incorrect.
I contacted the Hypervolt support team via WhatsApp chat on a weekend and was pleased to be connected to an agent who was able to confirm that the installer had in fact reversed the CT clamp and was able to remotely resolve this for me.

Excellent charger, great functionality with being able to do everything from the phone including locking the charger. The colours are a very neat touch and give you a visual indicator of the status of the charger. Easy to link with my Ovo account as well. Very neat and professional installation from the Hyperviolt partner, Plug & Go.

Happy with my new Hypervolt Home 3 Pro which is an upgrade from the v2. Ive now integrated it with Octopus Intelligent Go for cheap charging overnight.

I cannot rate Hypervolt highly enough. Having previously had a Rolec charger, the Hypervolt Home 3 Pro is on another level. The design is great and fits in with the aesthetics of the house very nicely having chosen the Space Grey option. The lights are a nice touch and instantly show you what the state of the charger is. Being able to lock the charger simply from the phone app is great and very reassuring. Working in harmony with my Octopus Intelligent Go ensures that my Ioniq 5 is always ready to go when I need it without any issues. A 5 year warranty on the charger is also great peace of mind. Thanks Hypervolt!

"Terrible product and worse customer service"

The charger keeps going offline.

Even the first day the Octopus engineer had a hard time having the charger connect to the WiFi and then at some point it just did. The guy was clueless on why it wasn't working till a point and then it did. The router is 2 meters from the charger so that's not an issue.

Since then it has happened twice.

I called HyperVolt and no one picked up the phone. I have message on WhatsApp but it's been 15 minutes and there is no answer. Really terrible customer service.
