Well, I'm not surprised to hear that more people are having trouble getting a refund; we've been trying for 3 months and the CS at Vliegwinkel isn't helping at all; in fact, it feels like they're mocking us.

Do you only want to book a flight? Buy straight from the airline, as mentioned in a prior review! If something goes wrong or is canceled, you can contact them and ask for a refund, and you will be helped, but not with Vliegwinkel.

When we went to call the airline, they said we weren't their customers and that we should contact Vliegwinkel.That is right because we purchased the tickets from Vliegwinkel. Vliegwinkel has canceled our flights with no further follow-up, and it makes no attempt to ensure that we obtain the refund.

Every time we phone, people keep asking us the same questions or promising an email in 72 hours that has yet to appear after three months.
It seems that they are attempting to exhaust us in the hope that we would give up on our refund.This is not going to happen because it involves EUR 500. That's a lot of money for a young couple.

I'll keep phoning you till I don't see the reimbursement in my bank account.

Slechte ervaring mee,2 Tickets betaald en niets mee kunnen,met t ww kwam ik niet verder,,ik heb gebeld,en dan sturen ze je door naar Rayn Air,ik heb bij vliegwinkel tickets betaald dus die moeten t ww regelen en dat ik mijn boarding pass kon krijgen,weg geld,op het laatste moment moest ik n ander ticket kopen,n dure reis,Nooit meer via Vliegwinkel tickets!!!

Ik had nog nooit zelf een vliegticket gekocht, ging vrij gemakkelijk, alleen de auto erbij huren was lastiger. In uw informatie staat dat die extra verzekering niet nodig is en anderen zeggen juist weer van wel. Dat zou iets zijn om nog te verbeteren

Dit bedrijf maakt het eenvoudig voor de klant om tickets te bestellen en te betalen. En dat verschilt aanzienlijk vergeleken met andere aanbieders.

"Ridiculous no-cancelation policy"

I tried to cancel a ticket I booked for the wrong time and i receive the following message:
"It is not 24 hr from the time you booked. it is valid within 24 hr the same day. You purchased the ticket on 5th Jan Amsterdam time. Right now it is 6th Jan Amsterdam time. Therefore the cancellation is not valid any more and as per the ticket condition."

So I was not able to cancel my flight less than 24 hours after booking with the wrong dates.

I reached out to the company again as suggested and they were no help yet again.

Fijne en overzichtelijke website. Alles snel geregeld. Klantenservice reageert snel met een duidelijk en vriendelijk antwoord. Ik zou hier zeker nog eens boeken.
