"Lovely bench. Why pack it in polysterene? "

The 2-seater garden bench came promptly and efficiently. It is a sturdy but attractive bench in a pleasant soft green. We were delighted to be able to get such a lovely bench made from recycled plastic. The bench was straightforward to assemble.
I have not given it five stars because of the packaging. One of the reasons we bought the bench is that it is made from recycled plastic. While the outer packaging was cardboard, we were disappointed to find that the inner packaging was polystyrene, a product that cannot be recycled. Please reconsider using polystyrene.

Owing to a mix up no-one was on the premises when the driver arrived. He phoned me and explained who, and where he was and between us worked how he could, safely, leave the ordered item. He was, without doubt, one of the most helpful, polite and friendly delivery driver with whom I have had dealings.

Delivery was within a couple of days and whilst it was awkward to put a few of the bolts in place we are very pleased with the final assembled product and look forward to using it over many years.

Well made furniture. We bought benches and the octagonal picnic table for the Village Garden and a set of table and chairs for our own garden. The benches and our set were simple to construct, the wheelchair friendly octagonal table not so straight forward. The only criticism would be that the instructions were not very clear, my husband and I are quite adept at putting furniture together but this took a little trial and error both with which bolt sizes to use and the direction the pieces should go. Saying that we managed to finish the large picnic table in a few hours. One large bolt was missing so I emailed the company and it arrived within a day. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and products. I have spoken to Gemma a few times over the last year and found her very friendly and helpful.
