Bought the standard picnic table and parasol and stand. Very strong and substantial. Easy to put together - ideally needs 2 people as it’s heavy. The lower part of the parasol pole finish was defective and split after 2 weeks. I phoned there Customer Services and spoke to Sharon. She was fantastic and organised a replacement immediately. Can't fault the company. Great products and great staff.

"Fab bench, poor packaging and instructions."

Fab bench but the packaging was majorly damaged and I was very disappointed to see so many foam blocks considering I bought a recycled product. They're also glued to the cardboard so impossible to separate, had to cut them off.
Instructions are abysmal. They also advise buying a cover, and overwintering it indoors, which I hadn't anticipated.

The delivery was scheduled for a time I was not available. A short phone call resolved the issue and the item was delivered exactly as agreed.

The assembly instructions are reasonably clear, just take care to align the parts as shown and not tighten things up too much at first. You will need two people to put the table top in place, and a second (17mm) spanner (in addition to the one supplied) to bolt the table top in place. It took about an hour to build.

It will comfortably seat eight people, looks good, removes a lot of plastic from the waste stream and should last longer than me!

Fantastic service. I contacted the sales team regarding the various colours and they were able to send me samples in the post. I ordered the table on the Wednesday it was shipped on the Thursday and I received it the following Wednesday (there was a bank holiday weekend in the middle).

The benches arrived next day as advertised. Great service.
