Product came well packaged. Everything was in the order that was required to complete the job. From ordering the product to receiving the product was very quick. Wasn't there to receive the package but the delivery person followed instructions added to the order.

Quick delivery of a quality product. No complaints. It's a solid, easy to assemble piece of garden furniture and happy to support the push for a cleaner environment.

Very impressed with my bench, and the finish. Although not a DIY-error, it was very easy to assemble, with the enclosed instructions being easy to follow.

Sadly, the only downside was the chosen partner of NBB in my area to deliver to my home address. With the assistance of NBB staff, "prodding" the delivery company, it was eventually delivered 2/3 days later than the day originally specified by them.
