It reuses discarded plastic. Website reasonable to navigate. Order went through with confirmation. Seat arrived when they said it would- and it neither looks nor feels like recycled plastic. Feels warm like wood - we chose a painted one in a warm colour. Easy to put together. Packaging mostly easy to recycle or reuse
