It’s nearly a month and still haven’t received my item at first they put the wrong address on it and it was returned and I was told it would be resent by courier and that was over a week ago and still nothing

I contacted Furi on line regarding a set of knives I purchased approximately 18 years ago. The original knives had a type of rubberised handles which had become sticky and were not nice to use.
Today I received a full set of replacement knives which I am very happy with. There was no fuss or bother regarding the replacement of the original knives.
I would recommend Furi knives for both the quality of their knives and the prompt and seamless assistance given regarding the replacement of these knives
