"CARVING SET"

The carving set did not arrive and it was a Christmas present. I ordered it on the 25th November. I rang twice to see where it was. The first call the lady just said it's in transit...the second time the lady was very helpful.

I can’t fault the Furi knives which are brilliant and my go to kitchen tool. However the service in purchasing the knife was poor. I ordered on the 22nd July and didn’t receive delivery of my knife until 3rd august, after I had left the country. The 6 days required to process the order was not well advertised and not very well explained. Disappointing customer service for otherwise outstanding knives.

Great product and good prompt service at good price. Loving the ease with which we can now keep our knives sharp for kitchen & fishing.

Had submitted an online inquiry some months ago and still no response. I wanted to know the difference between 2 different products.
Product was recommended by a friend so I went ahead and purchased anyway. Pleased with product and response once I ordered.

"Don't buy furi"

I bought a set of 5 furi knives from Myer. They have been the worst knives I have bought. For an expensive set they were sharp for about 4 weeks. I have used the Japanese knife only as it is the only one that stayed sharp. I have since had them professionally sharpened since and again they lasted about a month to 6 weeks.

I am so over these knives have been a waste of money.
