I purchased my first FURI knife about 30 years from Balmain. Such a wonderful knife. Nowadays there is competition when prepping food for a meal who can get and use the knife. (I need that knife and handle for my aged hand). So I just had to purchase another knife, but this time I also bought the cutting board and the knife sharpener.
