We recently had our health and safety inspection with Steve Roberts, and as always, he was fantastic. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and informative, making the process smooth and insightful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made our entire team feel comfortable about the improvements we can make. His approachable manner and expertise ensured that we not only met standards but also learned valuable ways to enhance our workplace safety.

Think long and hard!! Be very carful when dealing with Citation or sighting into any form of contract. What I was originally told would be a 3 year contract has actually become 87 months. My payments started off at £247 per month I’m now having £357 a month taken from my account. I haven’t used any of their services for 18 months nor do I need any of their services when speaking to them about this and making a proposal of a small lump sum and closing my account I was told it’s not possible. They then informed me the only way I can stop the payments is by putting my company into liquidation . Absolutely disgusting this company portray themselves as decent company they are crooks when all is said and done.Read the other 1 star reviews im not alone they have managed to cause many people a great deal of stress . Don’t take out a contract and if you’re silly enough to do so read the contract carefully what they offer you and what they trick you into signing are totally different ! B leuty carpentry Ltd
