We are just starting our journey with Citation to manage our H&S. So far a very good experience, the initial introduction was very well presented and the onboarding has gone smoothly. Louise from the field support team has been great with trying to schedule in site visits, difficult when both parties diaries are already full! Thank you to all those at Citation who have assisted us so far.

We recently had a Health and Safety Audit carried out by Aaron Saunders. He was extremely helpful and supportive giving us excellent advice and guidance.

Visit by Shane Stevenson today was a positive experience. Shane, explained everything as we went along. Shane, was both thorough and fair. At no point did I feel intimidated or criticised. Which can very often be the case with such visits.

Specific thanks to Jon Vamplew for his immense support in co-ordinating and ensuring everything was completed in a timely manner. Having our FRA, H&S plus all our HR solutions under one umbrella has certainly made a great difference, including a positive financial outcome too.

We have had a difficult HR scenario recently, and having a consultant (Lesley!) who was easily reachable, gave great advice, and ultimately helped us resolve a potentially messy situation with a problem employee well.
