"Frustrating Experience – Avoid This Company"

We have been struggling with this company and are counting down the days until we can finally exit the rollover contract they tricked us into.

Since our site visit in October 2024, we have been trying to get a fixed wire test completed for our office/showroom. Despite reaching out to three different contacts over the last four months, we have received no response, no scheduled date, and no updates—only complete silence and disregard for our numerous emails.
However, they seem perfectly happy to continue collecting the monthly direct debit with no issue. Extremely disappointing service.

Citation where do i start, we began using there services in 2019. After having been sold the service by a very persuasive salesman we decided to sign up for a 4 year contract, now looking into the contract they had signed us up for 84 months!! 5 years on in 2023 the direct debit for the service stopped as to what we thought the 4 year term had ended.. They then signed us into a 4 year on site risk assessment support service for £74.69 per month when we were only expecting assistance of a meeting on site! This week we have received a court letter explaining that they are now taking us to court for a sum of £14,000.00, given 14 days to pay and have also submitted a CCJ on the company. Having now looked over the tens of reviews left by other customers this company is a complete scam and take full advantage of there hidden/misleading terms regarding the auto renew contracts.

This service is a complete SCAM and UNFAIR on the consumer!
