We have been with Citation now for 5 years and can't fault the support and information that they provide our business with.
We recently had an issue with closing the Year End for 2024 and Marie (Atlas Support) advised there was a slight bug in the system at the moment. Marie kept me up to date on this and when the issue had been resolved, which was within a couple of days.

"Avoid! Ridiculous auto-renew hidden in small print"
Beware!
- Deceitful auto-renew process which ties you in for the same period as your initial contract
- no communication prior to auto-renew
- ridiculous requirement of notice period of 6 months prior to auto-renew
- no communication or customer service contact prior to hitting the 6 month deadline
- auto-renew not flagged or highlighted
- despite inheriting the Citation services when we acquired our purchased company we have never used their services or had any contact from them in the last 2 years
- 'auto-renew terms' hidden in small print. Not within the 'ending the contract' terms or 'notices' clauses but under 'The Services' which I believe is another tactic to mislead the customer
We cancelled the DD and have now received a solicitor letter from them to claim arrears.
