"Tim & Liam were here for 2 weeks and…"
Tim & Liam were here for 2 weeks and did a grand job! They left the house clean & tidy and were super friendly but also efficient. Would recommend.

"The double glazing did the job…"
The double glazing did the job immediately saving heat and cutting noise. The units are not obtrusive and for the style of the house.
I would recommend the Mitchell & Dickinson team to anyone. They take pride in their product and their colleagues.
To top it all I have never known such clean craftsmen ever!

"John and Ed are an exceptional team "
We had John and Ed working on 4 windows in our house in central Winchester. Their craftsmanship is outstanding but equally impressive was the respect they showed us while working in our home. This was exceptional. With 2 toddlers and a husband working from home, there was little space to move around each other and they handled this brilliantly. Whilst the product is great (we immediately noticed the benefits of the cozy glazing), John and Ed were the most courteous professionals I’ve come across.

"Expensive but worth every penny."
The product is excellent and all contact with the company went well. A great team and I must add an extra compliment for Luke & Zac, who fitted my cosy glazing. They were easy to have around, worked extremely hard and Luke explained what was going on at every step.

"Excellent craftsmanship "
Mitchell and Dickinson have recently completed a full installation of secondary CosyGlazing to all windows at my period farmhouse. The windows feature stone mullions and leaded panes of glass in each casement. This was a large scale job due to the number of casements lasting 3 weeks. I have been extremely impressed with the installation process led by Paul - the level of detail to create a bespoke frame for each casement was excellent, including taking the time to colour match the filler to the stone perfectly. The level of craftsmanship seems meticulous and the work was carried out in a tidy and careful manner. Paul went above and beyond to ensure we’d be happy with the end results which look fantastic. Whilst I cannot fully comment on condensation or thermal properties of the glazing yet, I have been very happy with the installation process and can fully appreciate how each job is carried out to the highest level of workmanship. I was a little frustrated by the uncertainty over the installation date - as I was also trying to coordinate other work - but I do understand and respect this as a mark of the high levels of bespoke workmanship that go into each installation now I have experienced what this entails.

"A great job well carried out"
The whole approach from first contact through the survey and planning to the carrying out of the work was good. Luke and Zach worked well as a team and kept us informed of any problems or changes to schedule. The quality of the work was excellent and we are looking forward to the benefits of reduced heat loss through our very large single glazed windows, and noise reduction. Highly recommended.

"Job well done"
Having had no luck for repair and double glazing with local companies we took a chance from the Internet for 2 rotten windows on our grade 2 listed house. It was a brilliant experience from start to finish with efficient communication from head office and informative surveyors.
Our installers, Harry and Nico, were efficient and friendly. The glazing is easy to use and undetectable.

"Window restoration"
Window restoration, insulation and Cozyglazing
Joe, project leader, ably supported by his colleagues Greg and Matt, did a finely-crafted job with good lateral-thinking problem solving in a Chapel conversion involving seemingly impossible access to three lovely double-height sash windows with arching tops. Rotten wood was replaced with English oak, all the original glass was retained, and all the windows are fully workable after decades of being painted closed. While my small house was taken over the team treated it with great care, tidying away and hoovering at the end of each day, and putting down dust sheets not just in my house but also to protect plants and hardstanding in my neighbours' gardens. Like me, the neighbours were impressed at this thoughtfulness. The finished result on the windows and Cozyglazing is excellent. The work followed two extensive site surveys
the first to ascertain that the job was possible, and the second to draw up an in-depth job spec and further costing. One does need to be flexible with the job start and finish dates, due to the nature of historic works, and the company is at pains to make this clear. Based on my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending Mitchell & Dickinson.
