Update: Still have not received my refund. It has been more than five months now. Pathetic & scammers!

My flight was cancelled in March. It’s mid August now and still haven’t received my refund. They are not available on call after emailing them they won’t respond but their automatic reply comes that they are waiting for airline to approve my refund. Dude we have paid you guys you should be able to refund. Worst service ever.

"Refund still not paid after 5 months..."

I booked a flight through Vayama for end of March. Due to Covid, the flight was cancelled and I am still trying to get my refund - it is now mid August.
Vayama only replied to me after I filed a complaint with the Department of Transportation. And even though the airline refunded the amount to Vayama 3 weeks ago (after they were contacted by the DOT, not Vayama), I still don't have the refund.
For anyone who has issues, I recommend you file a complaint with the DOT. For anyone thinking about booking with Vayama, don't do it.

"Worst experience"

I have to change my flight due to Covid 19 and called to costumer service to change it. First gay told me I have to pay $35 dollars per person as it was required by the Airline.
I asked him to change my flight but the phone connection canceled. I called again and an Indian gay told me I can’t change the flight as it was done already change as one of my flight was canceled and I have to pay penalties . I to him that it was done by the Airline,he said it doesn’t matter. He ask my for $210 dollars per person to do the rebooking. I contact with Turkish AİRLİNES and was told they don’t have any charges and it was done by Vayama, that they ask for $210 to add to this rebooking.
Also the gay was very rude. I don’t recommend to anyone to do business with Vayama.

"DEVOLUCIÓN DINERO"

El pasado Marzo compré atraves de Vaya a pasajes Buenos Aires- Iguazú (ida y regreso), por motivos de panedemia el vuelo fue cancelado, la aerolínea JetSmart realizo la devolución del Dinero a la agencia Vayama a desde el 24 Marzo (5 meses), a la fecha la agencia no me ha realizado a mi la devolución de mi dinero.
No he recibido ninguna respuesta a través de sus canales oficiales.

"Don’t never ever by a flight ticket…"

Don’t never ever by a flight ticket from these scammers, I bought a flight ticket through these Thieves and they had called me and emailed me and they were saying that my flight got canceled, I tried to call them to get my refund back and they told me that I have to get them a letter from my bank and they’ll send me money after 40 days when they receive the letter, I sent them the letter and after two months I called them back because I haven’t receive my money, then they asked me for a hundred of letters again, what they’re trying to do is taking their time so they think that way I gonna give up and forget about my money!!! Hell no, I’ll hire a Lowyer and take your ass to court and I’ll sue you mf!!!!! And another thing I’ll post this review everywhere so ppl can see your dirt.

"Cancellation fees for flight cancelled by airline"

United cancelled our trip which was supposed to happen on June 25 2020.
I requested refund as our flight is cancelled.
Vayama agreed
Two months later (8/12/2020) I get email from Vayama saying that United refunded to them the whole tickets amount ($3,306.01), but they will keep $300 as cancellation fee ($100 per passenger).

I clarify that my flight was cancelled so it is not my fault that we did not travel.
Vayama never mentioned anywhere in their terms or emails they sent me that there is a cancellation fee that they add on top of the airline's fees.

"Absolutley atrocious Service Do not Use"

I bought tickets through them to Thailand ahead of time in early Jan before Covid broke news and the flight day in late June. Earlier in June I called United to issue out a refund in which they did but the refund will go directly to Vayama then its their responsibility to issue out the refund. I contacted Vayama stating in my email that United has issued out the refund (5000 HKD- 645$) which was the price of the ticket and not including the insurances I also paid for through them. I get an email 15 days later about Vayama sending in a request to my airlines for a refund. When the refund was already issued earlier that month by United in my call with them. Its August now and I'm yet to see my refund.

"This is the worst booking Agency out…"

This is the worst booking Agency out there do not trust them they will take your money and make you wait a long time to receive your refund back. I was charge a cancellation fee which was extremely unnecessary because my flight was canceled because of COVID-19 .I booked my flight back in the month of March and right now it is August I kept calling them back to back but they keep saying you’re refund is pending just give us a few more months. This was a extremely horrible experience do not trust them at all there customer service is the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
