ABSOLUTE LIARS... they must have had their employees write these reviews. They advertise they will meet or beat pricing.. LOL... they were more than what Im paying with 1/2 point rate drop. It's a waste of time to call these people. 100% BS. My CS is over 800 too. LOL!!

If I had questions my advisor answered them quickly and thoroughly. In addition, Karun always answered my calls or got back to me very quickly. Nesto paid and transferred funds to my legal team on time with no delays. The only part of my experience that I would have liked to be quicker would be getting connected with a mortgage advisor sooner. It took a while for pre approval to be processed. Nakita Narayan and Alcindo Vicente made my mortgage renewal simple and stress-free!
I contacted a number of mortgage brokers in the weeks before my mortgage was due for renewal and nobody got back to me. Within minutes of posting an inquiry online to Nesto, Nakita Narayan, a Licenced Mortgage Advisor, contacted me and we discussed mortgage options to tailor a mortgage to suit my needs. I uploaded a few documents and within a day I received my I initial approval. Alcindo Vicente, Mortgage Processor, took over from there to help me upload all the required paperwork to process and finalize my mortgage. Once everything was finalized, they arranged for a lawyer, Martino Cavaleri, to come to my house to go over the mortgage agreement with me and for me to sign. Nakita stayed in touch by text and email and was quick to respond when I contacted her and answered all of my questions. The whole process was relatively seamless and from start to finish took three weeks. The virtual processing and having the mobile lawyer meant I didn’t have to leave my home to get this done. Nakita and Alcindo were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process.
