I have been a customer with ServerMania for over a year now and have had 2 dedicated servers with them.

One of which I have canceled because I had no use for it anymore. Nonetheless the previous and current dedicated server I have had 0% downtime, never had any issues with them at all.

When talking to customer support they are always happy to help and respond the same day.
