I've spoken to Cameron Servermania manager and was very professional, polite and helpful to find solutions to my project. We had a very productive conversation and i feel the support was really strong from online chat to booking a google meeting appointment unlike the company i have right now no online chat and its hard to contact them and when you email them the reply takes ages. Im really happy with servermania and i cant wait to start my project very soon.

"Egregious spam host"
Egregious spam host. They host B2 Net, a marketing firm that sends unsolicited spam. In addition, their abuse reporting e-mail hard bounces -- not that they'd drop the spammer given their lax policies. They've polluted their own IP space so badly they have to use Google for their own company's email hosting (which, of course, is going to block any incoming spam reports.)
Don't use this company to host anything legitimate, their IP space is radioactive. Bad netizens and bad company.
UPDATE - ServerMania is now abusing TrustPilot's system to flag this as a fake review. VERY shady. It's sad TrustPilot lets companies do this, but I've seen it used as a successful tactic on this site before =\ I have opened a ticket with TrustPilot to provide evidence of my experience with this spam host.
Also note ServerMania do not refute my assertions that they host spammers ('censorship' lol, seriously?? Of SPAM?!) and have poor IP reputation because of it. If you don't like bad reviews... DON'T HOST SPAMMERS. Y'all suck and are actively making the internet a worst place.

"Scam Company"
Let me start by saying this, ServerMania provides no way to rent a server for a month. The minimum term you're going to end up with is 90 days so go ahead and multiply the hosting cost by 3x because that's what they're going to try to screw out of you. When you set up your server it will take longer than expected and your term begins before it's online and available to you. My server wasn't available until nearly the 5th of the month but my billing period began on the 2nd. Slow setup and ticket times are the norm with this company. But back to the billing problems, before your server is even available to you, you have to cancel your subscription or you will be charged for 3 months. If you don't cancel the moment you begin a subscription you will be rolled into paying for a 2nd month and then according to their terms the 2nd month forces you to pay for a 3rd! Based on their billing and their terms you have to pay for the service while you aren't using it before it's set up, while you aren't using it after cancellation, and 3 months of service if you are unable to cancel it because you didn't cancel it before it was even set up. I got a confirmation on their website that I was able to cancel my service and 4 days later got an e-mail telling me I have to pay for 2 more months of a service I can't and wont' use. Screw these guys, don't give them your business.
Oh, and they don't cool your servers properly which leads to performance well below your hardware potential.

"ServerMania has been the absolute best…"
ServerMania has been the absolute best hosting provider for the past 10 years I've had services with them. I've gone through several server upgrades and also use their Cloud Based VPS services. I honestly couldn't ask for a better provider. The negative reviews I've seen on here seem to consist of people that do not know how to manage a server or migration, which is the clients problem if they have purchased an unmanaged service. To ServerMania... please keep up the great work and support you've shown me through the years.

"I have not seen worse service."
I wanted to buy 2 servers on this service. I successfully paid for them, lost access to the email and asked the support chat to change the email. I ended up not getting a response after 5 days. They just tell me that my ticket is a priority, but there is no answer! Don't recommend unless you want to waste your time.

"Good Cloud Hosting"
Their cloud platform could use more automations, but it fits our needs since it allows us to change configurations whenever we need.This way we save more on costs. Recommend ServerMania to those looking for cloud hosting.

"Incompetent and Un-trustworthy"
When our company's contract was getting ready to expire with our current server provider, we were searching for a new server company. We ultimately chose ServerMania. I was specific about the drop-dead deadline we faced to have the new server up and running in order to facilitate a smooth, and as seamless as possible transfer of the websites our company hosts. While they were quick to get us signed up, and their pricing for a newer server was within our budget, it wasn't long before we found ourselves dealing with a Support and Migration Team that didn't seem to be up to the task.
During the 11 day period we had to work with, after dozens of emails to them, many of which only yielded a reply of "We are working on your request and will respond shortly", and working tirelessly providing them every piece of information that they requested, and even providing them with information we knew that they would need, but never requested, they still could not seem to get the DNS records that they created to resolve to the new server they had set up for us.
Ultimately ended up being forced to cancel our service contract with them via email. Further, we ended up paying a penalty to our previous server provider in order to re-activate our old server, and remaining with our old company for another year.
As if that wasn't enough, ServerManis refused to refund our payment of over $2800.00 back to our business credit card. Instead, they offering us a credit for the amount that we paid toward services with ServerMania! When we declined their offer, they claimed that they had a "no refund policy", even when they fail to supply the contracted services. Of course, none of this was disclosed to us when we signed the contract.
We filed an dispute with our credit card company, Capital One, who initially removed the charge. Later, however, after they provided "supporting documentation" which included the above referenced "No Refund Policy", Capital One found in their favor. When I contacted Capital One Dispute Resolution, informing them that ServerMania's No Refund Policy document first appeared only AFTER we filed a Dispute, the representative suggested we make a recorded 3 way call to ServerMania to see if we could come to an acceptable resolution.
After initiating the 3 way call to the Sales Manager at ServerMania, we were informed that he had no jurisdiction over the billing department, but thought that it might be in everyone's best interest to try to find an acceptable resolution, and he provided us with the name of the person in charge of billing at ServerMania, someone named Doug, and he give us his number. After multiple attempts to contact "Doug" and after leaving multiple voice mail messages, along with an email attempt to get a response, nobody bothered to reply. Ultimately, we found ourselves being at least temporarily cheated out the $2800.00+, since we had to pay the credit card bill on time or accrue a service charge.
In addition to re-instituting our Dispute at Capital One, we will be contacting the Canadian BBB to file a complaint, since ServerMania is based in Canada. We are also assessing our legal options in order to recover our money.
Potential ServerMania customers beware.

We just made the switch from another provider who wasn't able to meet our hosting requirements. We noticed a big improvement with support services and how quickly we can get our questions resolved. Highly recommend ServerMania to anyone.
