"I ordered a dedicated bare metal sever…"
I ordered a dedicated bare metal sever with additional IP addresses. The system was ready for deployment in several hours. I was able to bring up my services quickly and so far no issues. The only weird thing is that editing rdns/ptr records for my IPs require logging tickets every time, despite rDNS tool being available in the control panel and no explanation was given as to why I can't edit the records myself.

"No knowledgeable support."
Until they get some knowledgeable tech support in there, they are in trouble. Rented a server, was activating roles, and doing set up. Got a virus (not from me). The server got flaky and I noticed encrypted files popping up. I was just RDPing in and installing roles, etc. They charged $25 to wipe the machine and didn't take responsibility for the virus. I set it back up and had everything running well. Then I decided to add the role of HyperV so I could add a virtual box. It was installed successfully and when it rebooted, lost access. My RDP and backup tightVNC wouldn't work. They asked for my admin sign-on (the account they created and still their password) and they said they couldn't get access to the network card. Back and forth for a few days. If they don't get some tallet in there, they are screwed.

"Very poor service and don't trust what they sell you"
Just wanted to warn others about a terrible experience with @Servermania. I ordered a fully dedicated server with full-manage support because I needed more space than my previous server. The new server was supposed to have dedicated IPs, but I did not receive them as part of the original order, and the extra drive that I added was not configured correctly. During the migration process to my new server, the process wasn't complete because there wasn't enough storage space. I received an email saying that I needed to configure the extra storage, but I had already paid for full support and server support.
This delayed the migration by a week. After the migration was finally complete, almost 3 weeks later, I experienced major issues with email and DNS, and I did not get the promised dedicated IPs until I had to speak to sales about it. I asked why they would sell the server with extra IPs without configuring them from the start, and I got no satisfactory answer from them."
After almost three weeks of delays and an incomplete, non-working server, I had no choice but to migrate everything to another provider. This new provider took only half a day to do the entire migration, which made me question why Server Mania couldn't do the same. I would never trust or use Server mania.

server couldn't be connect and the support didn't help with any thing, they didn't even admit it just keep repeating "the server is on". And of course not refundable. If there is 0 star I would give 0.

It looks they have no tech support at night, my server power supply broke at 1am and now it’s 4am and the support writing us they are working on it. Of corse it’s not true. If you have a problem need to wait for next day working day 🥹
Second update:
After 3 days RAM problem, I saw the error code on the bios but they insisting it’s not their issue, waiting another 5 hours without server. At first they will always tell it’s your issue… why?
Yes IP addresses are not from good reputation for emailing
